It is composed of 2 floors with a large independent garden in the shade of pines and palms of the adjoining Viale delle Palme. It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace for both autumn and winter, terraces covered on both floors, very good For relaxation and to stay outdoors even in the event of rain. Two comfortable rooms and two bathrooms also allow 5/6 people to spend a pleasant holiday, guaranteeing each of their spaces. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning (with heat pump) and an outdoor shower powered by solar energy.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, even less if you use the bicycle (supplied on request). Use the car just to discover the wonderful surrounding: Bolgheri, Populonia Etruscan excavations, Baratti Gulf, Marina di San Vincenzo, Sassetta Baths, the fantastic gastronomic pathway that can satisfy the needs of the most palati gourmand!

The seaside is 10 minutes away on foot, even less by bicycle (available on request). Bolgheri, the Etruscan ruins of Populonia, the Gulf of Baratti, the Marina di San Vincenzo, the Terme di Sassetta (thermal baths) and the fantastic wine and gastronomy, are just a few of the attractions of the area. Trail that will satisfy the palates of even the most demanding of gourmands.
