The internal spaces of Villa Ludovica measure approximately 270 m². However, the real asset is its outdoor spaces: you will be able to enjoy a semi-covered patio of 25 m² and two covered loggias of approximately 15 m², one of which is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue< /b> to be able to eat outdoors and a large garden - partially fenced - of approximately 1,200 m² on all four sides of the villa.
