Recently renovated apartment belonging to an eighteenth-century house located in the court of Sant'Eufemia in Tricase. Not far from the center located in a quiet area bordering the Salento countryside. It is about 15 minutes from the sea (Tricase Porto) and about 30 minutes from the Ionian coast. Located in a strategic position to visit places of historical and cultural interest: Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, etc. The house consists of a large entrance hall, lounge with kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and the other with a sofa bed for one and a half). Ideal for two / three people, possibly there is the possibility of adding a fourth bed for families with two children. Pets are not accepted. During the summer evenings there are numerous local festivals where you can taste local foods and flavors as well as the famous Salento wines and dance to the charismatic sound of the "pizzica". Salento is an area rich in culture, traditions and religious rites that fascinates any visitor! ideal place to spend a holiday far from the frenetic rhythms of the city, the still unspoiled nature is magical.
