Housed in what was once a rural house owned by the owners' grandfather, Holiday House "La Casa del Nonnino", it is surrounded by a field of olive trees, from which organic oil is obtained. Our structure has two residential units, both recently renovated and furnished in a simple, modern and very elegant way and all equipped with bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living room. An external veranda ensures well-deserved relaxation, in the shade of a very modern pergola and surrounded by singular planters, in addition to the pleasure of an evening "roast and eat" in front of the barbecue, to be combined with a relaxing bath in the hot tub, located on the veranda.
La Casa del Nonnino will guarantee you a lively holiday, as it is strategically located for excursions in the Hyblean baroque (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto), in the places of Montalbano (the commissioner's house is only 20 km away), in the oases of Randello and the mouth of the Irminio and in the beautiful golden beaches of the Ragusa coast, but also in close contact with nature and the countryside, as you can take advantage of the vegetable garden, the orchard and anything else nature offers in every season.
The apartments have been carefully furnished by our architect and have air conditioning (hot-cold), as well as the main appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 39 "flat screen TV ).
Free WiFi and free private parking are provided. Towels and bed linen are provided.
