The property is located in the island of Torcello, home of the first settlements in the Venice lagoon.
The house is located in a park of 7000 square meters,
it has two floors, two living rooms and four bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
Pompeian with a table for outdoor dining and a wood-burning oven.
There are two berths.
A boat is available to guests.
Guests have access to a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a wood-burning oven, a park, a small boat with an outboard motor.
