Villa Le Querce is set in a beautiful woodland of pine trees, oaks and carobs, and an undergrowth with Mediterranean vegetation. The view is spectacular. In particular, from the infinity pool you can enjoy the view of the gulf where Maratea is set, from Cape Palinuro to the island of Cirella. The home is really enjoyable, it is a special and very quiet place with plenty of space to stay with friends in complete relaxation, take a poolside aperitif, dine under the starry sky of Maratea or play table tennis.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with an English lawn where the inflatable swimming pool (m 4 x7 height from m 1.2 to 1.8) with salt water is located, equipped with a new system that, through the electrolysis of the Salt, salt water becomes bathed in water. The bath is pleasant and the skin leaving the water no longer smells of chlorine.
On the garden overlooks a large brick paved porch with a modern outdoor table where you can dine both day and evening. The garden is equipped with comfortable and modern sun loungers, sun loungers and a barbecue area. There are also two comfortable outdoor showers with hot water. The villa consists of two floors. The bright and fresh environments are furnished in white tones with modern sofas and ethnic furniture. On the ground floor there is a large living room with two large and pleasant spaces for conversation. Equally large is the dining area equipped with a table with a large glass top.
The well-equipped kitchen is very spacious and consists of a dining area and an operating area directly connected to the outside area. Always on the ground floor is an original bathroom for guests with Moroccan ceramics and two double bedrooms, each with a large bathroom and a comfortable shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds each served by a bathroom with a shower. The house also has a terrace of around 50 m² with a table for eating, sun umbrellas and another barbecue corner. A table tennis area is on the terrace.
