The house is furnished and equipped, air-conditioned and heated, with thermo and fireplace. The farmhouse is available all year, it is rented for short or medium periods. Special discounts are available on the monthly fee, for longer rental periods or in the low season, to be agreed in advance with the owner.
Thanks to the mild climate of Salento, you can take holidays at any time and in any season.
Around the house, lots of space, fenced garden, shaded with green, aromatic plants and trees, garden furniture with tables, chairs, deck chairs, hammock and barbecue, for moments of relaxing countryside.

The farmhouse in the relaxing countryside is located just outside the village, not far away there are all the services that the guest might need, you can easily move on foot or by bicycle (we can provide on request) thanks to the paths of slow mobility, crossing and admiring the Salento countryside, the frame is nature, countryside, ancient olive trees, prickly pears, dry stone walls. The area is fairly quiet, for the night or night life, just move a few kilometers.
