the villa is divided on two surfaces, ground floor and mezzanine floor with independent entrance.
It has a private pool, patio, lawn and outdoor kitchen with an outdoor dining area, wood-burning oven and barbeque. Outside there is also, next to the swimming pool, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an upper patio used as a fitness and relaxation area.
Inside the house, on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and a third with two beds; a shared bathroom and a private bathroom for one of the rooms. The living room is spacious and spacious with a table, a TV, a fireplace, an air conditioner and a radiator.
