Fresh from restoration, Orchidea is an elegant two-room apartment, accurate in every detail: a perfect mix between the rustic exposed beams, warm and bright colors, modern and functional furniture. The apartment has a long balcony accessible from every room with a wonderful view of the hills that host the enchanting vineyards of Valpolicella, sources of the renowned Amarone and Recioto.
The apartment is located in a private house about 1.5 km from the center of Negrar, an excellent starting point for the various tourist objectives in Verona: In 15 minutes by car you can reach Verona, explore the Molina waterfalls or relax at the Terme Aquaderns . At a distance of 25 km, lovers of nature and mountain biking can venture into the paths of the Lessinia Natural Park, walk among the wonderful blooms of the Sigurtà Garden Park, experience the safari of the Natura Viva Park, reach Lake Garda and Gardaland amusement parks and Canevaworld.
Orchidea is a small 40m2 apartment, ideal for 2 people and on request we can add a cot or a cot for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (hob, fridge, oven + microwave, dishwasher). In the bedroom there are 2 single beds, which together become a double. If necessary, the living room offers a sofa bed. In the apartment you will find blankets, towels, bathrobe, slippers, bed linen, hairdryer, courtesy set, LED TV, WiFi and Ethernet port, safe, intercom, armored door, mosquito nets, air conditioning, independent heating, first aid kit, mini sewing set, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and some books to read. The tumble dryer is located on the ground floor. There is a barbecue area and car parking on the property.
In the apartment you will find our "service card", complete with useful information during your stay: emergency numbers, taxis, restaurants - pizzerias with home delivery. We respect your privacy very much, but do not hesitate to contact us for any need.
We are at the foot of the hills, so a car is recommended. In the surroundings there are 2 small food shops, bakery, newsagent, tobacconists, restaurants and trattorias within easy walking distance. At 1 km you will find the bus station, supermarket, banks and other warehouses of various kinds.
- Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by me or my son and in compliance with current laws we will ask you for identity documents for registration.
- We are not a hotel, so always communicate your arrival and departure times in advance.

-Only the final cleaning is included in the price of your stay, therefore we appreciate that the apartment is left in order. Thank you
