This splendid holiday residence was once the stable of an adjoining noble villa, in a 10-hectare estate with woods, olive trees and ancient trees.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen - dining room with a large fireplace and a wood stove, a bedroom for two or three people (double bed and single bed) and a bathroom with shower; in the veranda there is the living room with satellite TV and a pergola shelters the spaces equipped for outdoor living (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue). A few meters from the house there is a large swimming pool (15 x 7 m., Max. Depth 1.40), shared with ozone, two Jacuzzi tubs, shared with the other guests of the agriturismo. and an area shaded by a modern structure in laminated wood, destined for leisure and entertainment, with table tennis and table football.
