Nicely furnished, the living area is an airy open space with fitted kitchen and large living room. There is, of course, independent heating, in case of a stay in winter.
The location of the house is exceptional: less than 50 m from the seafront, the children's playground and the beginning of the bike path, the charming old town is reachable (even on foot) in 5 minutes. Strategically located in respect to SS 16, it is great to quickly reach the city of Bari and its airport, Polignano al mare and its beautiful beaches, Monopoli, Ostuni, Fasano and all major tourist resorts in Apulia, including Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019. Free, of course free parking is easily located along the road and nearby.
