House with large garden , 15 km from Elmas airport and Cagliari city center , 5min from Shops and bars, and 5 minutes from the Poetto beach and the coastal road connected to the the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, a little more than half an hour away.
In about 7 minutes you can reach the Molentargius's nature park, admire the beautiful pink flamingos, take a jog, then head to the Poetto beach and enjoy an apetizer or dinner in one of the numerus beach's bars.
Within 5-minute drive you can reach Quartu Sant'Elena where you can find a large number of supermarkets, banks, post offices, restaurants and shop for all tastes. The "Le Vele" shopping center is also close by, with 70 shops, 9 restaurants, multi-lingual cinema and games room. (7 min drive)
On Saturday morning you can visit the Coldiretti's food market where you can buy local produce at convenient prices, while on Wednesday morning there is a general market for fruit and vegetables, clothing and various kinds of goods: the markets are reachable in 3/6 minutes by car.
The city of Cagliari, which can be reached in 15 minutes is worth more than a visit: the historic Saint Remy's Bastion, the San Pancrazio 's tower and Elephant's tower, the basilica of Bonaria, The hill of Monte Urpinu where you can admire a breathtaking panorama, the historic district of the marina, the harbor .... and so on !!
If you want to make a slightly longer trip, do not miss the southwest coast, in particular Chia (about 65 Km.) Where the fine sandy beaches, dunes and the color of the sea will enchant you!
