The Penthouse

Private penthouse located on the fourth floor of a little Roman building with elevator, deep in the heart of the City.
The accommodation is made up of two floors, well decorated and equipped with all modern comforts.
On the first floor of the apartment there is a large sunny sofa area with parquet floor and vaulted ceiling.
A small fireplace gives character and authenticity to the house and makes the room suitable for Family reunion or just to get relaxed on the comfy black leather sofa.
On the same floor the main bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, essential therapy after a long day through the Roman glories.
The second bedroom with two single beds is not far from the double room but gives privacy in case of family or group of friends.
From the sofa area we have access to the second floor by an elegant wooden fly of steps which leads directly in the sunny kitchen totally equipped and completely surrounded by the large terrace where it is possible to enjoy breakfast or a candle-light dinner under the romantic Roman sky. The terrace is also provided with table, chairs and enjoys of a panoramic view. Next to the kitchen there is a second bathroom with walking shower.
The Apartment is suitable for maximum 7 people including the double sofa bed on the first floor and the single bed on the second floor.

The Neighborhood

Located in the middle of the City, between the Shopping district and the Centro Storico, the accommodation is a perfect and strategic spot to easily enjoy the Roman riches.
On the north the Tridente, Rome's most glamorous district full of elegant boutiques, fashionable bars and swish hotels all around the Spanish Steps and via dei Condotti.

On the right side the Quirinale, home of the extraordinary Trevi Fountain and the imposing presidential Palazzo del Quirinale.

On the south area the Ancien Rome with the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, Monti Neighborhood, the massive Vittoriano monument and the elegant Capitol Hill
 
On the east side the Centro Storico, perfect for leisurely strolling, hosts the well-known Pantheon, the elegant Piazza Navona and the colorful Campo de 'Fiori with its popular daily open market.
