We invite you to spend a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Bolognese Apennines, just 35 km from Bologna, in a historic building from the 1300s, completely restored, with the attention to preserving the original characteristics, it houses various types of rooms and apartments, furnished with antiques, where you will find yourself at home.

The structure adapts to any type of requirement; both for a simple period of vacation in contact with nature, with the possibility of walking along the Gothic Line, and for short or long business stays, as in just 30 minutes you can reach the city.

In addition, to spend fun evenings with friends, you can visit the traditional festivals, organized in the villages and neighboring countries.

Under our apartments, there is an old restaurant with which we have an agreement, where you can taste the traditional local dishes, and typical Tuscan meats, all at affordable prices.
