Antonio’s Villa is a charming retreat inspired by the historic masserie of southern Italy, captivating guests with its timeless appeal and serene atmosphere. Surrounded by lush greenery, olive trees, and fragrant fruit orchards, it offers a perfect escape into nature.

As you enter, a private driveway leads to the villa, which showcases elegant Salento-style architecture, featuring local stone and warm earthy tones that blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with a well-designed layout that separates the living and sleeping areas while maintaining an open and independent feel.

The living area consists of a spacious open-plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room.

The sleeping area includes three spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom (with shower). The bedrooms are not interconnected, ensuring privacy, and each one has a French door leading directly to the patio. All rooms are air-conditioned. The interiors are tastefully furnished, blending traditional and modern elements to create a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.

The villa is set within a large, fully enclosed garden of approximately 5,000 square meters, filled with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Nestled in the countryside of southern Salento, the property is just a 3-minute drive from the charming town of Specchia, perched on a small hill and renowned for its lively summer events. All essential services (supermarkets, banks, post office) can be found in Specchia or in the nearby town of Taurisano.

For a day at the beach, the crystal-clear waters of Marina di Ugento are just a 15-minute drive away (20 km). Those who prefer dramatic rocky coastlines can explore the Adriatic side, with Castro just 16 km away.
