Villa

Sea view villa, located in the wildest area of the island, above Cala Rotonda, in absolute peace and quiet, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
Upon entering the house we immediately had a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Marettimo through two large French windows.
A large open space welcomes us with a large living room and a modern eat-in kitchen equipped with every accessory.
The villa also has 3 bedrooms:
one with 2 double beds and private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds for one and a half and one with double bed; 3 bathrooms with shower and a room used as a closet / laundry room.
Besides the two large glass doors there is a large outdoor area partially covered with shading, equipped with tables and chairs for refreshment, a sofa and two comfortable armchairs for relaxation.
The external staircase leads to the large terrace used as a solarium.
The villa is surrounded by a large plot of wild land and a private path leads directly to Cala Rotonda
