It is a spacious, bright and comfortable apartment at the second floor, with 2 double bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 1 minute walk to Arsenale stop (where you can also find the link to the airport / train station / Piazzale Roma) and less then 10 mins to San Mark's Square. Very nice and venetian area, full of shops, restaurants, arts, culture and supermarket near by.

Independent heating and wifi (unlimited and speed). Towels and sheets are included.

All the tourists who will stay in Venice will have to pay a fee of € 4.00 per person / night up to a maximum of 5 nights (from the 6th night onwards you pay nothing). There will be reductions of 50% for children aged between 10 and 16 years. The fee will be collected by me during check-in by cash.
