The house is set in a delightful and very quiet residence, with a swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th and a tennis court.
On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which with an additional bed.
Upstairs there is a living room with kitchenette, equipped with all comforts, such as TV, double sofa bed, microwave, oven and a further bathroom with washing machine.
On the mezzanine floor there is a large semi-covered veranda equipped with all accessories, including outdoor umbrellas and chairs, barbeque, comfortable armchairs to relax.
Remember that the house is fully air conditioned. At 500 meters from the house there are two markets: Di Meglio and Eurospin. In 5 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. At the port you can make excursions by boat or in sailing ships to visit the entire protected marine area.
Every Saturday morning in the town center, there is a small market with all the typical products of the area on sale. In the evening the whole center is closed to traffic and you can walk around to taste excellent homemade ice creams, watch performances by street artists, buy the best artisanal products among the stalls and shops.
