Important Information:
* Tourist taxes are not included in the rental price and amount to €6 per night per person. They must be paid via PayPal or cash, along with a €50 final cleaning fee and a €5 per day AC/Gas fee.
The neighborhood is full of local and non-touristy restaurants, and exploring the area, you'll find Rome's largest park, Villa Panfili, just 10 minutes from home, with historic residences, a lake, and a typical Italian garden.
How to reach the penthouse from Fiumicino Airport (FCO):
There are several options for conveniently reaching our penthouse from the airport:
* By train and tram (recommended for its good value):
* Fiumicino - Roma Trastevere Train: Take the train from Fiumicino Airport towards Roma Trastevere. Trains depart every 20 minutes, the journey takes approximately 26 minutes, and the fare is €8.00. Trastevere is the seventh stop. You can check the updated timetable on the railway website.
* Tram from Roma Trastevere: Exit the Trastevere station, cross the main road and take Tram number 8 (towards Casaletto), which is located in the center lane. The fare is €1.50.
* Arrival: Get off at the fourth stop, Piazza S. Giovanni di Dio (about 10 minutes, the tram runs every 5 minutes). Via Ferdinando Palasciano will be right in front of you, with the local market behind you.
* By taxi: You can take a taxi directly outside the airport arrivals gate.
* Private chauffeur service: Upon request, we can provide you with the contact information of a trusted private chauffeur for a more comfortable and personalized transfer.
