Private vacation home

Our house is located on the first hill of Chiavari in a quiet position surrounded by the green of the olive grove a few minutes drive from the historic center, the sea, the station and the motorway exit.
The apartment is furnished with care (double bedroom + single sofa bed and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room) to allow our guests to feel at ease, the private garden allows you to have lunch or enjoy a relaxing moment outdoors.
From home there are easy paths that can lead you to naturalistic destinations characterized by extraordinary panoramas of Portofino and the whole Gulf of Tigullio which can be covered on foot or by mountain bike.
Chiavari is a town that offers every type of service, sport, gastronomy, shopping, culture and is central to reach places of interest such as Genoa and the Cinque Terre and a suggestive hinterland with the Aveto mountain park reachable in just over a ' Now .
It is good to know that, in the periods in which it becomes necessary, 6 € per day will be calculated for heating.
The the cost of final cleaning will be charged € 30.
