Villa La Forma dell'Acqua is located just 100 meters from the beach, in the very center of Donnalucata.
For groups of 8/9 people, who will choose to rent only the central building, we will be happy to offer a 10% discount.
The property is immersed in the greenery of a large garden of about 3500 square meters exclusively available to our guests, where over the years, lemon, orange, pine, oleander, jasmine, pomelia, lavender and many colorful flowers have grown.
In the large outdoor spaces alternate gazebos, relaxation corners, a play area for children, the pond with water lilies, the bbq corner, a laundry room, a bathroom with outdoor shower and the magnificent swimming pool with hydromassage.
The interiors are tastefully furnished in traditional Sicilian style and offer a composition that is perfectly suited to a family holiday or with friends at any time of the year, ensuring privacy and comfort for each person.
Villa The Shape of Water is composed of a main body and 2 romantic dependances. The main structure is on three levels. On the ground floor, entering Via Regina Margherita, the cozy living area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a second living room that overlooks a veranda and the garden. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom with jacuzzi. From the latter room you enter the second floor, where there is the double room, perhaps more romantic, with the roof made of reeds and plaster and a window on the park.
Next to the main body, there are the two independent annexes, which house two further double bedrooms with private bathroom and fridge.
Do not forget the second kitchen in the garden, very appreciated in the summer months.
Villa The water form has long been inhabited by us and has been designed to offer to those who live it, all kinds of comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, home theater, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher , barbecue, kettle, coffee maker, laundry.
The Water Shape also has a pedestrian entrance from the sea and a private car park that accommodates up to 4 cars.

Near all necessary services: restaurants, bank, supermarkets, bars, butcher, greengrocer, post office and lots of fresh fish, thanks to the fishermen who sell the day's catch in the small port.
