Apartment

The apartment is located in Cala Gonone - Sardinia (Italy), fully furnished, has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view and parking space in the internal courtyard. In the building there are laundromat and common barbecue area.
In the apartment there is free wi-fi internet connection.
A deposit of 100€ is required to be returned at the end of the stay. Prices are inclusive of water and gas consumption. Important: I remind you that there is a supplement to be paid at the end of the stay for electricity consumption, that will be measured through dedicated device and it will be paid before leaving (zeropointeighteuros per KW).
Air conditioning is in the living area, in the bedrooms there are fans.
Additional costs to be paid upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys:
- final cleaning: 60€;
- sheets and towels: 15€ per person;
- tourist tax: € 1.20 per person per night.

Children under three years of age do not pay. It is possible to stay for short periods.
Cala Gonone village runs mandatory waste recycling. Operators collect recycled waste door to door in the assigned days. In the apartment there is everything you need and information for proper disposal. At the end of the stay, if there is still waste in the apartment, the host is required to bring it to the dedicated area at the exit of the village. Otherwise the service is outsourced with the payment of a fee (fiftyeuros).
The owners live near the apartment and are available for any suggestions or help. It is about 200 meters from supermarkets, 800 meters from the center and the nearest beaches and 150 meters from the stop for the public transport line.
