Villa

Villa Gitana is a welcoming two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Gitana you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, the Li Galli islands, and the surrounding hills. Villa Gitana is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Villa Gitana from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gitana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the whole arch-shaped Gulf of Salerno and of the small Li Galli islands. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the Gulf of Salerno and of the small Li Galli islands.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the sea through three double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Top FloorTerrace
The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the sea.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
