The attractive, recently furnished Arancio apartment is located within a lovely little courtyard with a garden in the center of Verbania Intra. The living room has a lounge area with 2 armchairs, satellite TV, fully- equipped kitchenette, dining table, a single sofa-bed; the bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed and, like the living room, has direct access to the garden. The bathroom, with shower, also has a washing machine.

There is a table, an umbrella in the garden for eating outdoors along with a deckchair for enjoying the sun and relaxing in total tranquility.

Parking is usually available in front of the house, but if not there are large public car parks nearby (200-400 meters away).

The town centre and lakefront are a 3/5 minute walk from the house. The port, from which ferries leave for tours of the islands, and the local bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Leisure centres, pools and beaches are a 5-minute driving.
