Characteristic apartment of 40 square meters around the corner from Piazza Santa Croce, in the district, one of the most authentic and lively the whole city. We are in the city center and all places of tourist and cultural interest are within walking distance. Near the house are an important market, supermarkets and all kinds of shops, restaurants and clubs. Teatro Verdi, which offers concerts and theaters, is just a few meters. If you need it is available to guests a parking space in the private garage of the owner, located just behind the house (we ZTL then there are times of access that will be communicated on request). The apartment, on the ground floor of a historic building of the fifteenth century, has recently been completely restored and furnished with care. The vaulted ceilings crossed give a very particular environment. The living room is spacious with a 'wide and complete kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half, which can accommodate up to two people. The room, which is also spacious, has a double bed, wardrobe and chest in the 800 Tuscan style. The bathroom with shower is in the room. They provide linens, towels and everything needed for cooking. The apartment is suitable to accommodate up to four people for short periods or medium term (five weeks)
. For younger guests there is a cot.

The check in is from 15.00 and check out before 11.00.
We live in the same neighborhood and our house we can be you in a few minutes. In the manual of the house you will find three phone numbers to call in case of need.
Special rates:
In low season (from January to March and from October to the end before the year-end holidays) guests over the latter do not pay extra if under 12 years old; communicated the age before booking and you will receive a price proposal that will match the total of two people. Children under three years are always free guests.
Since October 2014 the City of Florence will introduce the tourist tax for guests of private apartments. The fee is payable by non-residents based on the number of nights stay in the city, for up to 7 nights consecutuve. 2. The fee is 5 Euro per person per night, excluding children under 12 years. The tourist tax is NOT included and must be paid in cash at check in. It will be issued on payment.
