Scario holiday home bifam. indep. for rent 3 rooms + services, 2 large covered and furnished terraces, garden; 4 / 6 beds (double bed, 2 single beds and double sofa bed in the living room). With air conditioning and pellet stove. The shutters are protected by mosquito nets.. 3 min. walk from the town beach and the port, from where the boats that transport tourists to the coves visible in the photos depart. In the immediate victims: newsagent, eastern medical guard. pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery and greengrocer, pizzeria; a 100/150 m. supermarket.
The accommodation is equipped with: fireplace, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, wi-fi internet, dishes, iron with ironing board; bed linen, kitchen and bathroom, etc. Parking not owned is paid, according to the rates from the manager.
In the winter period for heating, pellets are provided for the stove for the first few days. Ultra-fast internet connection approximately 90 Mbps in download and 20 in upload.
Please note that in the Municipality of San Giovanni a Piro a tourist tax is applied (Period December and from 1st April to 31st October - 1.5 euros per person for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, with exemption for children up to 7 years and other types as better specified in the municipal regulation). See municipal regulation approved with resolution no. 34 of 9.12.2022. This tax is paid by the guest and is not included in the rate. It will be collected at the time of stay.
