The accommodation is air conditioned in each room for both winter and summer and is also equipped with radiant floor heating; dishwasher, washing machine and barbecue are available for guests.
The accommodation is located in a very favorable position, very close to the historic center and the shopping center, as well as the railway station and the access road to the marinas along the Adriatic coast.
The apartment is intended for the use of a group of four to six people. And yet it can also be used by a couple of people, with the exclusion of one of the bedrooms from the body of the house. The simultaneous use of both rooms when booking two people entails the payment of an extra amount of 20 euros per day.
Animal friends are welcome, provided they are medium-small in size and are located on the terrace dedicated to them.
The apartment is located on the first floor; totally independent, with independent access, with garage to relieve the onerous costs for parking on the street. Accessibility for the disabled is guaranteed by an elevator that lands directly on the balcony of the house.
The owners of the accommodation are available to provide guests with any kind of indication and logistical support.
The neighborhood offers every kind of service and commercial activity within walking distance. The use of the car becomes completely superfluous. However, the circulation is easy and free and there is no buzz and excitement in the historic center, especially during peak periods.
The bus stop is 25 meters away. The railway station a few hundred meters. Shopping begins just outside the door. Pastry shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants are everywhere. The owners of the accommodation will be generous with advice about it. Access to the historic center requires a five-minute walk.
Total mutual independence between guest and host is the normal rule of interaction. However, integration is very welcome and easily obtainable for any kind of support.
There is no rule, except that of courtesy and willingness to understand any transitory difficulties.
Smoking is allowed only in the wide open spaces such as balcony or terrace.
