LA LOGGIA House, renovated in 2015, is a large independent apartment, ideal to be rented by those who love nature, tranquility and peace of these uncontaminated places immersed in nature. The apartment is characterized by a huge window overlooking the valley where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views in the region. The view that can be admired from LA LOGGIA spans more than 60 km on the Chianti and the Crete Senesi. The apartment consists of a large loft with a double sided fireplace which separates the modern kitchen from the living room. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms each with private bathroom and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The house is equipped with all amenities including air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher.
LA LOGGIA is a part of the “Le Balze di Rosennano” a scattered resort which provides lovers of nature, quietness and beauty three more charming homes spread around in the pretty hamlet of Rosennano. All the homes, independent of each other, face south, enjoy marvellous views and have free access to the gardens. The house has no private garden but guests may enjoy the following shared areas :
- The ample lawn, bordered with Mediterranean plants, situated on the panoramic terrace that characterises the southern aspect of the hamlet.
- The beautiful swimming pool (12x4) strategically positioned to allow the enjoyment of an unforgettable panorama and at the same time at a sufficient distance from the houses to ensure utmost peace and quiet to all our guests. The swimming pool is open from May to September and beach beds, umbrellas and deck chairs are provided for our guests.

In the houses are available a range of information on local attractions, on tourist itineraries, food and wine tours and sports activities. can be organized trekking, road bike or mountain bike tours. You can also take advantage of the nearby Terme di Rapolano for your relax or visits with tasting some of the Chianti wine cellars.
