It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, free WiFi internet, kitchen, fridge, toaster, kettle / kettle and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with towels, toiletries, hair dryer and color therapy. All the furniture and appliances are new. Bus stops are less than 200 meters away. Children under the age of 2 stay free with a cot, high chair and various (free) Children under the age of 2 pay extra and have a regular single bed. It is important to observe the rules of good neighborhood and condominium so it requires quiet and adequate behavior in condominium areas. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in respect of the next home and guest. The penalty will be the cost of the following night as a refund to the incoming guest.
