Trulli Francisto will welcome you in a large outdoor area, planted with lawn, where you will find a well-kept garden decor that leads into the 10x5 meters pool area, with a maximum depth of 1.40 meters. The pool is furnished with all equipment will be useful for your relaxing days, starting from the Italian designer chairs at tables with benches where you can sip a fine wine, the outdoor shower with hot and cold water or Jacuzzi.



Entering the house we are immediately in contact with a stone sky that makes up the ceiling of a large living room with TV, table, chairs and a sofa. On the right, the first large and bright double bedroom with a single sofa bed and on the left, on sight, we find a comfortable American style breakfast table facing a kitchen built entirely of wood and equipped with every necessary appliance.

Past the kitchen on the right is allocated the comfortable bathroom with laundry in front and a twin bedroom facing the french glass door that allows a view of the surrounding countryside.



The house has wifi that works perfectly even while lying down in the pool area. Although it is not normally necessary to use, the property has air conditioning in all rooms. This will allow you to create your favorite microclimate during the stay.



The beach area of Capitolo is about 5 km away where are present more than 20 restaurants and pizzeria, also overlooking the sea, as well as many pubs and both public or private beaches clubs.
