The old rural villa, at the center of a large agricultural property and presently under restoration, has been the place of residence for the ancestors of the owner's family since the seventeenth century. It is presently dedicated to vacation rentals and it is still furnished with authentic pieces of furniture from the past. Bucolic panorama and pleasant walks, in the immediate vicinities, contribute to the feeling of a quiet and reserved atmosphere.
IMPORTANT: WE COMMUNICATE TO OUR FUTURE GUESTS THAT STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 AND FOR THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2026 THE MAIN HOUSE (the one on the left of the main picture) WILL BE SUBJECT TO RENOVATION WORKS. WORKSITE IS IN A PROTECTED AND SAFE CONSTRUCTION SITE, RESPECTING THE USABILITY OF THE SPACES INTENDED FOR TOURIST USE, WORKERS HAVE A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND USED TO RESPECT GUESTS PRIVACY. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, THE RENTAL STAYS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE: 3 APARTMENTS, COMMON LIVING ROOM, PARK AND SWIMMING POOL. FOR THIS REASON WE OFFER RATES LOWER THAN 2021.
