Private vacation home

The house is located in a residential area about 500 meters from the sea, quiet and peaceful, however 300 meters from the center of Tonfano where you can find all the services such as shops, banks, pharmacy and restaurants.
The house has two floors plus an external garden.
On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds plus bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with two sofas.
The house is equipped with a large back garden where there is a paved area / patio with Pompeian where there is an outdoor lounge and a table with chairs for eating outside.
The house does not have a parking space but it is easy to find it on the road in front of the house within a radius of about 50 meters.
Consumption, water, electricity and gas are included in the house price.
Linen (sheets, face and shower towels) to be counted per person according to the number of occupants of the house are not included in the house price.
