The living room and the master bedroom give views of the backyard and you can come out of both rooms without disturbing those who sleep in the living room.
The beach, both public and private, is 30 meters from the house where you find the plant "The Bass". Golfo Aranci offers for the local nightlife with live music, karaoke, bar drinks and ice cream shops, markets selling local items. All main services you can easily walk.
