The three-room apartment is newly built and is completely new furnished, is part of the Residence "Il Gabbiano" and is 300 meters from the beach of Sciumara, 350 meters from the beach of Porto Faro and 450 meters from the center and port of Palau where you can rent rubber boats , take excursions with the various tourist boats and also take the only ferry that leads to the wonderful Maddalena Archipelago.

The apartment is divided into:

 • A utility room equipped with a washing machine
 • Living room with kitchen + double sofa bed (160 x 200) + TV + table for 6 people
 • Terrace with built-in barbecue and table for 6 people

 • Condominium swimming pool
 • Air Conditioning (Rooms and Hall)

A damage deposit of € 200 will be required upon arrival.
On arrival you will be asked for € 200 sum as security deposit.

Cleaning fees do not include the hob which must be left clean and tidy.
Cleaning fees do not include the cooker that should be left clean and tidy.
