Large terraced house on two floors, recently renovated and furnished. This house is a nice solution to spend unforgettable holidays at the Lidi Ferraresi, inside the Po Delta Park. Located about 300 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the center of Lido di Pomposa, it extends over two levels: from the front garden, with a parking space, you enter the comfortable porch from which you enter the large and bright living room, with sofa bed double room, and the kitchenette where you can go out into the large back garden with barbecue. Also on the ground floor we find the excellent bathroom with a large crystal shower. On the first floor we find the sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. This villa is finely furnished and is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, television with satellite TV decoder. The two gardens are ideal for eating or having breakfast outdoors

The price does NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX (to be paid on the spot and in cash) of € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

In the price IS NOT INCLUDED OF THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. 12 children excluded from the payment.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning by the tenant is obligatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This entails the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, waste disposal, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not carried out correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost.
