Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by paved, shaded areas, divided in terracing areas, with several furnished relaxing areas. There is a panoramic, well-kept garden, with bushes, olive trees, plants and flowers, on the side of the house with the swimming pool, partly above ground and oval-shaped, 9 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.55 metres. There is a bathing area around the pool with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a charming pergola with table, chairs and stonework barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches. Guests can also use the panoramic rooftop, partially covered and complete with tables and chairs for outdoor breakfasts with sunbeds and a rocking chair. Parking within the property.Interior
The property is entirely on one floor. The day area has some steps and features stone arches which link the separate areas, made of typically Tuscan materials with wood beams and cotto flooring. The entrance leads to a living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, which leads to the bright dining room with outdoor access, as well as to the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace. Completing the house are a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower leading to a covered courtyard furnished for relaxing moments, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.

Location
The property is in a residential area near to Radda in Chianti, in the Chianti countryside made of olive groves and vineyards, whilst still being near to shops.

The farmhouse has WiFi, mosquito screens at the bedroom windows (not on the French doors), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house (except the kitchen), baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, and parking in the property.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity (but not air conditioning), gas (but not heating), water, baby bed, high chair and washing services at the owner’s house twice a week. Upon request are cookery courses, tastings, dinners, hired help and babysitter.

Important Information
The swimming pool is available from May 1st to October 15th. A charging point for electric cars may be requested (at a fee). Only small pets are accepted.Activities and Distances
The Chianti area is in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and is perfect for discovering its vibrant history. Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are both nearby and are accessible from the “strada Chiantigiana”, a road with amazing views. Photography lovers will want to go in October most of all, when the vineyards are ochre and yellow. The charming towns of Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano are all nearby.
