The Farmhouse has been recently renovated and is located in the heart of the Chianti region, sorrounded by wineyards and olive trees. For the comfort and the wellness of the Guests, we offer a seasonal outdoor pool (24/05->30/09 2025) with adjoined equipped sun terrace, Wi-Fi, garden, parking place, laundry facilities (at payment) and barbecue
Just a few hundred meters of gravel road to discover a peaceful and lovely site, surrounded by nature, excellent starting point for daily excursions (i.e. by bike) and visits (Florence 19 km , Siena 45 km, San Gimignano 35 Km) or simply a place to relax and drink a good glass of red wine

Living room with a double sofa bed and TV-SAT, kitchen (kettle, oven, freezer and dishwasher machine), double room, bathroom with bathtub/shower (hair dryer).
Access to the garden equipped with chairs, table, sunshade and deckchairs.

A/C available on request, 10.00 € per day.

Baby cot: at payment 5.00 € per day
Extra change of towels or sheets, 5.00 € per person
City Tax to be paid on site, € 2.00 per person per night (max 7 days), children under 14 y.o. are exempt to pay.
