In the Tuscan Maremma, a small house with a swimming pool (4x12 m) near the medieval village of Magliano in Toscana (4 km) and the Argentario sea (25 km) with views of the village and the surrounding hills. The house is located on one floor, in a secluded and quiet position and has ample parking. In addition to the surrounding lawn and gazebo, there are a box with 4 bicycles and another spacious box (Length 3 meters, width 2 meters and height 3 meters) for pets but can not enter the house. It surrounds a land of 5 hectares cultivated with the vineyard and the olive grove. Internally, it consists of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for four people but it is possible to organize another 4 additional beds. The master bedroom is located on the veranda (equipped with the special blackout curtains) which has a nice double bed. The other two bedrooms have single beds. The 4 additional beds are: a double bed wardrobe placed in the living room and two bed poufs to be placed where you want. the pool is equipped with 4 sun loungers, a sitting area and an outdoor shower - it is not heated. REGULATION
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house
- It is forbidden to bring animals of any kind into the house. Pets are allowed but must be kept outside the house where they have a special shelter that you can see in the photos.
- Take care to always close the entrance doors / windows behind and, if present, the flyscreens to prevent the entry of harassing insects and other animals into the house, for example. mice, snakes, lizards and geckos;
- Use door stops to prevent drafts from causing glass or door breakage.
- Take care to carry out separate collection as instructed.
- In case of storms, disconnect the hob switch located near it.
- Take care to read the instruction booklets carefully before using the kitchen equipment and air conditioning.
- It is forbidden to light the fire anywhere in the property;
- It is forbidden to dig holes in the ground;
