Lorely's Guest House is a new, recently renovated apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of the same building as the Lilac Roof or Green Roof. It measures about 80 square meters and can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people.

Compared to the 2 "roofs", Lorely's Guest House has very high ceilings (about 4 meters high) which make all the rooms very bright.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a desk and a 32 ”television. The lounge has a 65 ”inch television, 2 sofa beds which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. Finally, in a last room there is a single bed.

The new and ultra modern kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, table with 4 chairs, microwave oven and refrigerator, 32 ”TV and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.

The private bathroom is covered with light blue ceramic features; Here there is a bathtub and a shower in a combined solution and a washing machine.

In the living room and bedroom, there are 2 balconies from which you can admire Piazza Quartuccio, the main square of Castellammare di Stabia. In the kitchen, bathroom and small room, however, there are 3 windows from which you have a view of a private garden and Monte Faito.

It has manually adjustable heating system and free Wifi throughout the house.
