Apartment composed of a double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed, TV and fully equipped kitchenette (table, chairs and crockery for 3 people, induction, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, immersion blender), bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The apartment, located on the ground floor, is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe box: the guests have a small private garden with access from the living room, equipped with table, chairs and shade.
