The house is on a raised ground floor, as you can see from the photos, and is made up of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds; a kitchen for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with an electric oven, electric and gas hobs, fridge with freezer, television ,; a laundry room with washing machine and sink ,; bathroom with shower and bidet; veranda for exclusive use with table, deck chairs and umbrella and table tennis table; drying rack and ironing board. Quiet and relaxing place, the golden beach can be reached on foot in two three minutes by crossing an underpass, in fact it is about 150m away. The parking space for a possible car is located inside the house. A ten minute drive away is the Zingaro reserve, the Faraglioni of Scopello, the Segesta temple and amphitheater, Castellammare del Golfo, Mount Erice, a bathhouse with thermal sulphurous waters. At 200 meters there are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, newsagents etc. Possible excursion by boat to San Vito Lo Capo from Castellammare del Golfo.
