Casa Minerva with swimming pool is part of an intimate residence of only ten houses. It is located in a private position 700 m from the historic center of Ostuni. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. You will be enchanted by the extraordinary view of the sea and the 'White City' of Ostuni from the swimming pool. Casa Minerva is a bright house thanks to large windows in the living room. The bedroom has a terrace with a dining table and overlooks the garden. Enjoy four beds, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and the proximity to the beaches of Ostuni, awarded by the 'Blue Flag' as the cleanest sea in Italy.

Guest access:
living room with a double sofa, kitchen equipped with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom with direct access to the terrace furnished for outdoor dining and a bathroom with shower. Two air conditioners (1 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom) ensure a cool temperature in summer and warm in winter.

The pool:
it is usable from 1/05 to 30/09 from 9.30 to 19.00, suspended on rocks softened by the wind, it is ideal for relaxing enjoying the summer coolness: a unique place in which to ignore the passage of time by abandoning yourself to thoughts inspired by the extraordinary panorama .

Casa Minerva is located in a reserved and private residence of only ten houses. Each house has private spaces where you can have a private lunch.
The Garden and the pool relaxation area are shared spaces with nine other houses of the residence.
