The house is a few hundred meters from the sea. The village, located in the municipal territory of Baunei, in the central eastern coast of Sardinia (province of Ogliastra), has all the main services such as post office, pharmacy, tourist guard, market and tourist offices. From a small port you can take the ferries that lead to the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei.
Besides the beautiful beaches, the area offers the possibility of excursions on the nearby plateau of Baunei.
