Private vacation home

This house is characterized by the presence of large porch, still it retains the old wood stove functioning, where our ancestors, with the help of the peasants, churn out the bread to keep for the entire week.

It has a maximum capacity of 4 beds organized on two levels. On the ground floor we find the master bedroom, the bathroom with a comfortable shower, the living room, with a small sofa, the kitchenette.
Upstairs, there is a small attic with a double bed
accessed by a steep wooden staircase. Most of the furniture present are family and have been deliberately left by the hosts to keep the ancient atmosphere and warm.

Thanks to the ancient tiled stove perfectly working and hot-cold air conditioning, the house can be used both for summer holidays and for the winter holiday season.

The house is still enriched by a large terrace in the shade of a fragrant jasmine and old with stunning views of the Gulf of Castellammare, furnished with dining, barbecue.

The house also gives access to a large outdoor area with lawn surrounded by dozens of ancient "Strelitzia Reginae" and furnished with deck chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view especially at sunset.
