Just 7 km from the beautiful city of Lucca and not far from Tuscany's main destinations, you'll find "Casale il Poggio," a fully renovated traditional Tuscan home.

The house is located along the Via Francigena, an important route that allowed pilgrims from France to reach the "holy" city of Rome. Even today, countless travelers often travel along the Via Francigena during the day.

The detached two-story house offers four spacious and bright bedrooms and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced private garden. Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the garden, a large swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) is available exclusively to our guests.
"Casale il Poggio" is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends seeking a quiet and private vacation, within easy reach of the city, the nearby beaches of Versilia, or the magnificent mountains of Garfagnana or the Apuan Alps.

In summer, the house is rented to only one group at a time.

On the GROUND FLOOR, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

A bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.

The rear entrance leads to the private garden with a barbecue, gazebo, lounge chairs, and swimming pool.

On the FIRST FLOOR, a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
In the hallway, a comfortable double sofa bed.

Private parking spaces are available inside and outside the building.

PLEASE NOTE
The house does not have a Air conditioning is not necessary. During the day, it is well-ventilated and cool thanks to the thick stone walls. At night, even in the middle of August, its valley location allows you to relax without the summer heat.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay us €3.50 in cash for each person over 13 years of age for the first three nights only. This amount will be transferred by us, as required by law, to the Municipality of Lucca (tourist tax).
