Villa

The villa is a detached house located in front of the marina. The area has now established itself as the best of the entire coast, to the quality of housing, the quietness and the magnificent view of the marina (one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean) gives especially at night. Although quiet, the area is a short walk from the city center and the best beaches of the coast.

The house, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, is furnished with taste and attention to detail and is complete with all the necessary accessories to ensure a pleasant stay.

The villa has two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has two single beds. Each room has a private bathroom with a large shower.
Outside, the comfortable covered patio has a seating area and a comfortably equipped dining area with a barbecue, a dining table and a relaxing sitting area. The lawn surrounding the villa allows you to sunbathe comfortably on the sun loungers.
The villa is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating, WIFI, washing machine, coffee machine, and all the other appliances necessary for a relaxing holiday. At guests' disposal there is also a private parking space inside the villa.
