The outdoor patio comfortably accommodates 10 people at the table, and to shelter from the sun or in bad weather an elegant electric cover will guarantee the continuation.

• Tavern area: Particular and fresh tavern with exposed stone walls and period door with 3 seater sofa, TV LED 46 ”and ceiling fan, with near comfortable bathroom with shower, equipped with towels, phone and hair straightener. Four steps divide this area from the double garage (2 parking spaces) with electric overhead doors, washing machine, dryer, ice maker, sink and to entertain a table football for children and adults.
There are also 2 private parking spaces discovered in the parking lot of the residence.

• Sleeping area: A double room with a balcony overlooking the lake and with 46 "LED TV, a double room and a single room with 32" LED TV for a total of 5 beds, a bathroom with shower equipped with everything you need (towels , phone, hair straightener ...).
Each room is equipped with sheets and has a ceiling fan and independently controlled air conditioning.
