The Country House is made up of one, two and three room apartments with swimming pool. Opening from 19 April 2019 to 15 October 2019.
ONE-ROOM Apartment N. 10 - max n. 2 guests (CANNOT accommodate more than two people, NO ADDED CHILD) - ground floor, room with double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI internet, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, safe, independent entrance .
It has windows located at the top with no view, no balcony. Suitable as a base for sleeping and eating at an affordable price

Upon request we give bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person for a supply, and for each supply requested.

The property is located in the countryside on a hill overlooking the Riviera di Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering a wonderful sea view, reachable in ONLY 6 minutes by car. The beach is about 8 km with an equally promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historic cultural city of Fermo can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which small, ancient villages rest. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the footwear district with its outlets and factory outlets
