The Country House, ONLY 3 Km. From the SEA, consists of Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with Swimming Pool. Opening from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. Medium and small pets are accepted with advance notice.
APARTMENT N. 6 - max n. 2 Adults + N. 1 Child or boy - It can also accommodate two children by inserting a camping bed or single bed in the double room, and is composed of: living room with single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI internet, double bedroom where you can add a single bed or a camping bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, safe, terrace of relevance surrounding the apartment, wonderful SEA view, independent entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, solarium, play corner, meeting room with T.V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We supply bed linen and towels for € 10.00 per person for each supply.
The swimming pool is in the garden of the Country House and is for guests only.

The property is located in the countryside on a hill overlooking the Riviera di Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering a wonderful sea view, reachable in ONLY 6 minutes by car. The beach is about 8 km with an equally promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historic cultural city of Fermo can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which small, ancient villages rest. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
The property is located in the center of the footwear district with its outlets and factory outlets
