Gioligiò Southern Cross owes its name to one of the three most expensive constellations to my grandfather, who was Admiral of the Italian Royal Navy. It was he who bought the building when the building was still under construction in the early 1930s. Southern Cross is one of the 3 apartments obtained from the renovation of the original building. The constellation is reproduced in the leds that illuminate the living area.
The apartment is located in the Prati district, one of the most elegant districts of Rome, a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's. All the most interesting places of the city are easily reachable also by metro line "A" (distance from the "Ottaviano" stop at 600 m from the apartment on foot).
Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, it has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living area and American kitchen, complete with all appliances.
Possibility to have breakfast at home on request, with a separate price.
Possibility to request the private garage-box (€ 25 per day) or the parking space (€ 15 per day) if available.
